This is a complete set of x8 vintage “Front of House” cards, printed in England circa. 1985 to coincide with the release of William Friedkin’s tremendous crime thriller “To Live and Die in L.A.” (1985).

There inclusion here of course is because the leading man was none other than William Petersen, who immediately also went to head the cast of Michael Mann’s “Manhunter” just one year later, in 1986. Such is the style of “To Live and Die in L.A., it has been mistakingly labelled as being a Michael Mann movie on more than one occasion in the past!

Condition notes: This set is complete, 100% vintage but unfortunately NOT in great condition. Please carefully inspect the pictures. Most (possibly all eight) cards have staple holes, showing signs of prior usage, most likely at the time of release. There is also a small instance of paper-loss to one egde on one of the cards, along with more typical creasing and general wear to edges.

That said, this remains a complete and absolutely scarce piece of memorabilia – noting that no 14″ x 11″ cards were ever printed for the American release (although a small 10″ x 8″ set was issued, at the time).
